1. Services offered

We offer private and tailor-made tours, guiding services and travel advice in Türkiye and, only when expressly advertised, guaranteed group departures, subject to availability and to the conditions stated in each proposal.

2. Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been paid. The balance must be paid within the deadlines set out in the proposal or the booking confirmation. Full details in the payment policy.

3. Changes and cancellations

The conditions for changes and cancellations depend on the type of service booked and the suppliers involved. You will be told about them before you confirm your booking. See the cancellation policy.

4. Liability

We organise every trip with professional diligence. Our liability is limited to the applicable legal terms and to the services booked.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, images, brand and design) is protected and may not be reproduced without express permission.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the contractual relationship, and any dispute will be submitted to the corresponding competent courts.
