Cancellation policy

These are the cancellation conditions that apply to the travel services you book with Türkiye Local Guide.

1. Cancellations by the client

You can cancel your booking by letting us know in writing at info@turkiyelocalguide.com. The refund depends on how far in advance of the service date you cancel.

2. Notice periods and charges

• More than 90 days before departure: only the handling fee and any penalties charged for flights and services already issued.
• 90 to 61 days before departure: 25% of the total price.
• 60 to 31 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
• 30 days or less before departure, including no-shows: 100% of the total price.

Reducing the number of travellers counts as a partial cancellation and follows the same scale.

3. Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances

In the event of force majeure, extreme weather or other situations beyond the control of either party, we will offer you a new date or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Cancellation by the organiser

If for operational reasons we are unable to provide the service, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Changes to your booking

Requests to change the date or the itinerary are subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment. We recommend making them as early as possible.
