Payment policy

These are the payment conditions and the payment methods we accept for the travel services you book with us.

1. Currency

Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD), as stated in your travel proposal.

2. Quote validity

Unless your quote states otherwise, its prices are guaranteed for 5 days from the day we send it. The private link to your quote stays open for 15 days so you can come back to it, but after the first 5 days we will need to confirm the price again before you book.

3. Booking deposit

To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total price (unless your proposal states a different percentage). The balance is due 31 days before departure; bookings made 30 days or less before departure are paid in full on confirmation.

4. Payment methods

• International bank transfer (any charges from your bank are paid by you).
• Credit card, with a +3% surcharge.
• The final payment can also be made in cash on arrival in Türkiye.

Other methods only if they are expressly agreed in your proposal. We will send you the payment details when we confirm your booking.

5. Payment deadlines

The deposit is paid when you accept the proposal. A booking is only confirmed once we have confirmed it in writing, and the balance follows the deadlines in section 3 (or those stated in your proposal).

6. Payment confirmation

Once we receive your payment, we will email you a confirmation with the details of the services booked and your trip schedule.
