How do I book a tour?

Message me on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form. Tell me which tour you're interested in, your approximate dates and how many of you are travelling.

Send me your details

I'll ask you for a few basic details to prepare your proposal:

• First name and surname
• Travel dates
• Number of travellers
• Where you're staying (if you already know)
• A photo of your passport's photo page (for domestic flights, if needed)

Your personalised quote

Based on your request, I'll send you a detailed quote with the full itinerary, what's included, the final price and the payment terms. No obligation.

Booking confirmation

If you accept the proposal, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the tour. This secures your place and lets me start making the bookings.

Paying the deposit

You can pay in two ways:

Once the deposit is received, you'll get the official booking confirmation.

Paying the balance

The balance is due 31 days before departure, by bank transfer or by card (with the surcharge above), as stated in your quote and in the booking confirmation.
